Question: At what temperatures does SGM perform D-value studies on EZTest steam?
Answer: SGM performs D-value studies on EZTest (steam) at 121° C, 124° C, 132° C, 134° C, and 135° C. We also will test at either 118° C or 127° C to provide three D-values between 110° C and 130° C. ISO 11138 requires three D-value determinations between 110° C and 130° C to calculate a Z-value.
